The Administrative Assistant is responsible for servicing the IT Department and ensuring compliance with HIPAA, PCI, and Standard Operating Procedures. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for leading change management meetings, reporting time tracking, managing cost containment and budgeting, supporting recruitment efforts, and additional tasks in support of the IT organization.

This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients.
